Join us as Oakstone CME’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Don Deye, sits down with Majken Textor Wingo, MD, FACP for a casual conversation about interesting cases she’s encountered.

In this video, Dr. Wingo, a MKSAP 19 audio companion contributor, recounts an intriguing case of new onset ascites in a 35 year old male. The usual suspects in ascites cases came back negative after testing. Instead, the culprit was rheumatologic in nature. Watch and learn.

Dr. Majken Textor Wingo is an Internal Medicine Specialist in Rochester, MN and is affiliated with Mayo Clinic. She received her medical degree from Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. She is experienced in medical education, diagnostics, and physical examination. She received the Teacher of the Year award from Mayo Clinic Internal Medicine Residency in 2019.
